A 40-year-old woman allegedly attempted to kidnap a 4-year-old boy at a Target store in Los Angeles' Koreatown but fled when confronted by the child's parents. The incident occurred at 620 S. Virgil Avenue on Sunday at around 12:40 p.m. The suspect, described as a Black female, 5'5" tall, and 150 lbs, was last seen wearing a brown jacket, black shirt, blue jeans, and black and white shoes. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Los Angeles Police Department.
