A 56-year-old Hong Kong construction worker was arrested for allegedly splashing warm, odourless liquid on at least 10 women's lower backs and buttocks in a month-long series of attacks. The suspect, who carried the liquid in a vacuum flask, is suspected to be a serial offender and was charged with outraging public decency, which carries a maximum sentence of seven years.
