A west-central Florida man, James Allen Clark, 33, is accused of abusing and burning an 8-month-old baby while in his care. Clark was arrested on 22 Feb and charged with two counts of aggravated child abuse, one count of child abuse, and one count of child neglect. The mother left her child with Clark while she went to work on 18 Feb. She later discovered severe injuries and bruises on her child and took them to a hospital.
