The groups warn that reintroducing fees at employment tribunals would deter many from lodging worthy claims and give a green light to bad employers to exploit their workers. The UK government was previously forced to abandon a similar fee regime after the Supreme Court ruled it prevented access to justice, breaching UK and EU law.
