Sean Desai, former Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator, is joining the Los Angeles Rams in a senior defensive role after a challenging season with the Eagles. Desai had interviewed for defensive coordinator positions with the Falcons and Bills but will not hold the position in 2024. The Rams have experienced a coaching staff vacancy since Raheem Morris left to become Falcons head coach.
