Quebec City police are investigating a suspicious overnight fire that killed one woman. Firefighters were called to a home in the provincial capital at 2:30 a.m. after a fire was reported in a basement. An unconscious woman was found inside the home and declared dead on the scene. Police are now involved in the investigation, which has only just begun and is considering all possibilities.
