Kingston Police arrested a 43-year-old Sydenham resident for drug-impaired driving, found passed out in a vehicle at a gas station.
Kingston Police arrested a 43-year-old Sydenham resident for impaired operation of a conveyance while under the influence of drugs. The individual was found passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle parked at a gas station for three hours. The gas station employee called the police, who responded to the scene at around 6:50 a.m. at the intersection of Division Street and Dalton Avenue.
