Indigenous musician Scott George, a member of the Osage Nation, is nominated for an Oscar for the song he wrote for Martin Scorsese's film 'Killers of the Flower Moon'. George, who provides affordable housing for Native American families during the week and sings at traditional Osage dances on weekends, will travel to Hollywood next month for the Oscars. His song will compete against tracks by Billie Eilish, Mark Ronson, and Jon Batiste for the prestigious award.
