Cody Bellinger is returning to the Chicago Cubs on a three-year, $80 million contract, pending a physical. The outfielder can opt out of the deal following each of the first two seasons. Bellinger, 28, enjoyed a strong bounce-back season with the Cubs in 2023, hitting .307 with 26 home runs, 20 stolen bases, and 97 RBIs, after struggling with a shoulder injury from 2020.
