China's C919 jet, developed by COMAC, debuted at the Singapore Airshow and attracted many Chinese orders, but needs international certification and improvements before competing with Boeing and Airbus.

China's C919 jet, developed by state-owned company COMAC, made its international debut at the Singapore Airshow, attracting hundreds of orders, mainly from Chinese airlines.
