Australia will trial its first hydrogen tractor by mid-year, as part of a $50M sustainable agriculture research investment. Procured from Europe, the tractor will be tested under a partnership with Charles Sturt University and industry. The dual-fuel tractor's performance will be validated, while research will focus on hydrogen fuel supply given the limited number of hydrogen fuel stations in Australia.
