Eagle Hills International, an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate firm, established a $4bn real estate JV with Bahraini partners called Binaa Al Bahrain. The project aims to create expansive mixed-use developments across Bahrain, offering diverse residential, commercial, and entertainment opportunities to enhance local community experiences. The decision to invest in Bahrain follows Eagle Hills' successful partnership with Marassi Al Bahrain.
