A 19-year-old student from Pune has been arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch for allegedly giving death threats to Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his son, MP Shrikant Shinde, via social media. The accused, Shubham Warkad, is a first-year student from Nanded district, studying in Pune. According to the police, Warkad posted death threats against the Chief Minister and his son on social media platform X on February 11.
