Vietnamese police seek prosecution of 51 people, including former FLC Group chairman Trinh Van Quyet, after completing an extended probe into a stock manipulation case. Quyet and others were accused of earning an illicit profit of 723.3 billion dong ($29.4 million) by manipulating five stocks between May 2017 and January 2022. Seven officials accused of aiding Quyet in stock manipulation may also be charged.
