Reign Tapiato, 27, pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder charges in the death of 16-year-old Jakarah Lopez-Moore, who went missing in Rochester in August. Her body was discovered six weeks later in a wooded area. Tapiato was arrested and charged after an investigation revealed that he allegedly took Lopez-Moore into the woods, shot her in the head, and killed her.
