Oscar-winning actress Jessica Chastain has revealed that after achieving success, interesting filmmakers have stopped contacting her due to fear of not being able to "afford" her. Chastain, who won an Academy Award in 2021 for 'The Eyes of Tammy Faye', explained that directors believe she may reject their offers or abandon their projects at the last minute for other higher-paying roles. The actress shared that she has to seek out directors herself, as they are hesitant to initiate contact.
