At least 52 people were hospitalised after exposure to hazardous materials at a pharmaceutical packaging facility in Pennsylvania. Police and emergency crews responded to the Sharp Services facility in Upper Macungie Township due to a chemical smell and employees experiencing nausea, vomiting, and headaches. The source of the smell and nausea remains unknown, but the facility has since been cleared for reopening.
