An illegal immigrant from Honduras, Gherson Gonzales Hernandez, 24, has been charged with multiple counts related to child pornography and unlawful filming of minors in Virginia. Hernandez faces 10 counts of child pornography material and two counts of unlawful creation of a videographic or still image of a minor, with charges linked to alleged offenses in August 2019 and November 2023. He was arrested on February 9.
