Blue Jays LHP Ricky Tiedemann has been scratched from Saturday's pre-season opener against Philadelphia due to left hamstring discomfort. Manager John Schneider called it a precautionary move, and Tiedemann is expected to start the season in the minor leagues. Right-hander Chad Dallas will replace him in the starting lineup. The pre-season continues before the regular-season opener on March 28 at Tampa Bay.
