Azerbaijan's Justice Ministry is set to delegate many of its responsibilities in organizing court work to the Judicial-Legal Council, as per proposed amendments to the "On Courts and Judges" law. The new powers of the council include conducting court statistics, organizing workloads, and ensuring judges' labor and social rights, among others. The changes will be discussed during the National Assembly session.
