Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree offering subsidies to entrepreneurs constructing residential areas in liberated territories.
Azerbaijan has set privileges for entrepreneurs engaged in construction of residential areas in liberated territories, as per a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev. The amendment to the "Procedure for providing subsidies for accrued interest on loans received by entrepreneurs in manats" provides a subsidy of 10 percentage points of the annual interest rate on loans allocated for the relevant sphere of economic activity. This initiative aims to encourage investment and construction in the liberated territories.
