Montenegro's High Court has ruled to extradite Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon to the US, rather than South Korea, to face fraud charges related to the collapse of cryptocurrencies TerraUSD and Luna. The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed charges against Kwon and Terraform in 2023, alleging a multibillion-dollar fraud related to the stability of TerraUSD and its association with a Korean mobile payment app.
