Arm Holdings launches Arm Neoverse Compute Subsystems (CSS) for faster data centre processor development, partnering with Samsung for next-gen Arm Cortex-X CPU.
Arm Holdings has launched new blueprints for making chips that the company claims could reduce the time taken to develop data centre processors to less than a year.
