11-year-old Audrii Cunningham's body was found in the Trinity River in Texas, officials announced Tuesday. Police will charge Don Steven McDougal, 42, with capital murder in connection with her death. Audrii had not been seen since she left her Polk County home on Thursday at about 7 a.m. to catch a school bus, but she never got on that bus or made it to school. McDougal, who lived in a camper behind Audrii's family home, was arrested on an unrelated charge of aggravated assault on February 16.
