Urban Logistics REIT proposed an all-share merger with abrdn Property Income Trust, offering shareholders 0.469 Urban Logistics shares for each API share. The combined market capitalization could reach £830m ($1.05bn). This comes after abrdn Property Income Trust's previous merger agreement with Custodian Property Income REIT. Urban Logistics' offer represents a premium of around 13% to Custodian's offer.
