Turkey's MIT detained three Syrians.

Turkish intelligence agency MIT detained three Syrians, including human rights activist Ahmed Katie, accused of spying for France's Directorate-General for External Security (DGSE). The suspects allegedly provided false information and documents to defame Turkey over the mistreatment of refugees. They were connected to a Paris-based NGO and promised asylum in France. The trio is awaiting trial in prison.
