Three individuals, Robin Roy, Nicole Roy, and Harrison Dudley Sr., were found guilty of felony child neglect and endangerment on Minnesota's Red Lake Indian Reservation between February 2022 and January 2023. They were found guilty of depriving children of food, clothing, shelter, health care, or supervision, causing substantial harm to the victims' physical, mental, and emotional health. All three were convicted of felony child neglect, and Nicole Roy and Dudley were also found guilty of felony child endangerment.
