A man from Spencer, Massachusetts, was arrested after police discovered a rocket launcher and crack cocaine in his car at a Red Roof Inn parking lot in Sutton. The M190 U.S. Army rocket launcher was found by Detective Alex Sinni, who was surveilling a suspicious vehicle. Harvey Johnson Jr. was charged with possession of a Class B substance and possession of an incendiary device. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) took custody of the rocket launcher.
