Challenge to Larry Turner's mayoral candidacy to be ruled on after election.

A legal challenge to San Diego mayoral candidate Larry Turner's qualifications to run will not be ruled on by a judge until after next month's primary election. A lawsuit alleges Turner should be disqualified due to not being a resident or registered voter in San Diego 30 days before filing nomination papers, claiming he lived in El Cajon instead. Turner denies the claims and says he's lived in East Village and now Ocean Beach.
