The judge found the dentist, Dr. K.I.T. Nawrot, acted negligently and in a high-handed manner, causing Harrison financial losses and emotional distress. Nawrot has previously been suspended multiple times by the BC College of Oral Health Professionals for providing inadequate treatment, unnecessary procedures, and failing to maintain proper records.
