The improvements are attributed to enhancements in battery components and power management systems. The updated battery lifespan applies to the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Starting from iOS 17.4, users can access new battery health monitoring features, including cycle count, manufacturing, and first use date.
