An American Airlines flight attendant, Estes Carter Thompson III, 37, is being held in custody pending trial after being arrested on suspicion of secretly attempting to video record a 14-year-old female passenger using an airplane bathroom in September. Police allege that Thompson also had recordings of four other minor female passengers using lavatories on a previous flight. Thompson agreed to voluntary confinement until trial, and he did not enter a plea.
