Justice Minister Naomi Long plans to introduce 'Charlotte's Law' in Northern Ireland to enforce stricter sentences for murderers who refuse to disclose the location of their victims' remains. The law is named after murder victim Charlotte Murray, whose ex-fiancé John Miller was convicted of her murder but never revealed her remains' location. Long's department is reviewing provisions from Helen's Law in England and working with families of Charlotte Murray and Lisa Dorrian to develop the legislation.
