Thames Valley Police arrested a 16-year-old 'prolific' shoplifter in Banbury town centre on February 20, after intelligence suggested he was regularly stealing from a shop. The teen was taken to Banbury Police Station, where he was dealt with for the offences and banned from entering certain shops again. The arrest was made by the Special Constabulary, with support from the Banbury Neighbourhood Team.
