Ukrainian President Zelenskyy accuses allies of creating weapons shortage for Ukraine.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has accused his partners of creating an artificial shortage of weapons for Ukraine, including artillery and long-range weapons, which he implied allows Russian forces to adapt better to combat. His comments came during a speech at the Munich Security Conference, where he claimed that the situation in Avdiivka confirmed this. In essence, Zelenskyy was stating that the limitations faced by Ukraine were not due to their own capabilities but rather the ongoing availability and/or distribution of weapons to them by their allies.
