Home explosion near Washington DC kills one firefighter and injures atleast 11.

A home explosion in Sterling, Virginia, near Washington Dulles International Airport, has resulted in the death of one firefighter, Trevor Brown, and left 13 people, including at least 11 fellow firefighters, injured. The incident on Friday was triggered by a propane gas leak and led to multiple mayday calls for help from trapped firefighters. The explosion left only a chimney and parts of some walls still standing and scattered debris among neighborhood trees. The cause of the explosion is currently under investigation.
