On February 15, Las Vegas police are seeking help in identifying a man who reportedly attempted to lure an 11-year-old child into his black 2-door sedan at around 2:30 p.m. on Cottonsparrow Street. The suspect, described as white, was allegedly inappropriately touching himself during the incident. The child managed to escape to a nearby relative's home unharmed. The police have released photos of the suspect's vehicle and are urging anyone with information to contact them at 702-828-8577.
