An 18-year-old from Westcliff has been charged with robbery and aggravated burglary after a man was robbed in the street by armed men and then his home was burgled. The incident occurred in Pelly Avenue, Witham, on January 3rd. The suspect, Regan Coulson, appeared in court on February 15th and has been released on court bail. A hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court is scheduled for March 11th.
