Paige Bueckers announces her return to UConn for a fifth season, surprising many after considering WNBA draft and receiving a medical redshirt.

Paige Bueckers, the top U.S. high school recruit in the class of 2020 and NCAA National Player of the Year as a freshman, has announced she will return to the University of Connecticut (UConn) to play basketball for a fifth season. Bueckers had been considered a candidate for the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) draft, and her decision comes as a surprise to many.
