Video game maker Activision Blizzard has been sued by professional "Call of Duty" gamers, Hector Rodriguez and Seth Abner, in an antitrust lawsuit filed in Los Angeles federal court. The lawsuit alleges that Activision is monopolizing the "Call of Duty" leagues and tournaments market. Activision Blizzard stated that it will "strongly defend against these claims, which have no basis in fact or in law," and refused a pre-lawsuit demand for "tens of millions of dollars."
