Mass killer Breivik loses Norway human rights case.

Anders Behring Breivik, the Norwegian far-right extremist behind the 2011 killing of 77 people, lost his second attempt to sue the state for breach of his human rights. Breivik claimed his prison conditions violated the European Convention on Human Rights. However, the Oslo District Court rejected his claim against the Norwegian Justice Ministry, stating he has satisfactory living conditions and reasonable freedom. Breivik's lawyer argued that adequate compensatory measures were insufficient, and Breivik immediately appealed the decision.
