Indian OTT platform Ullu Digital Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for an initial public offering (IPO) with the BSE SME, aiming to raise up to Rs 135-150 crore through the issuance of 62,62,800 fresh equity shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The company plans to utilize the IPO proceeds for content creation, international show acquisitions, equipment procurement, staffing, working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes. Founded by Vibhu Agarwal, Ullu reported revenue of Rs 58.33 crore and a profit of Rs 12.28 crore for the half-year ending September 2023, with 20.92 million subscribers.
