The suspect hijacked the car, driving away with Justin still inside the 2021 gray Honda Accord. An AMBER Alert was activated, and later that day, the stolen car was located near The Pike Outlets shopping mall in Long Beach. The child was found safe and uninjured by police, who rescued him from the car. The suspect's identity and description remain unknown, and the case is still under investigation.
