Heatherbrae Pies, a $15M NSW bakery, is for sale; owners Russell and Amanda Cox seek national expansion under new ownership, potentially with Cox's continued involvement.

Heatherbrae Pies, an iconic New South Wales bakery business with revenues exceeding $15 million, is on the market and is anticipated to expand nationally under new ownership. The company, founded more than two decades ago, has three cafes in Heatherbrae, Ourimbah, and Sutton Forest and boasts 130 staff members. Owners Russell and Amanda Cox, who are in their early 60s, have appointed Wyuna Partners to sell the business. Though the couple is seeking some downtime with family, Cox may remain in place to assist the new buyer in running the business.
