Second baseman Nick Gordon loses salary arbitration against Minnesota Twins, receiving a raise from $735,400 to $900,000.
Second baseman Nick Gordon has lost his salary arbitration case against the Minnesota Twins. Instead of receiving his requested $1.25 million, he will get a raise from $735,400 to $900,000. The decision was made by a three-person panel on Saturday. Gordon had a disappointing 2022 season with a .185 batting average, and fractured his right shin in May, missing several games before returning in September.
