The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal has expanded its support to five regional pediatric health services, including Grampians Health. This partnership will provide $2.5 million for equipment and programs to enhance pediatric care and reduce the need for families in regional Victoria to travel to Melbourne for treatment. Dale Fraser, CEO of Grampians Health, stated that the appeal will provide Ballarat with a specialized anesthetic machine, a dedicated women and children's ultrasound, and updated resuscitation cots for the sickest babies.
