According to the latest NAB Economics Consumer Sentiment report, nearly half of Australians are making changes to their spending habits in order to save their money. This includes 23% increasing research into items and 36% purchasing from less expensive brands. Shoppers are also narrowing the scope of where they buy by shopping on fewer websites and trying new products less often, showing a shift towards more cautious shopping behavior.
