China expands Hainan's visa-free policy.

China has expanded its visa-free policy for entering its southern island province of Hainan, allowing eligible visitors from countries including Russia, France, the United States, Brazil, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates to enter the province for a range of purposes. These purposes include business, tourism, visiting relatives, medical treatment, attending exhibitions or sports events. The previous policy allowed visitors from these countries to enter Hainan visa-free for tourism purposes only. The new policy aims to support the ongoing reform and opening up in Hainan province.
