A lost British doctor's diamond ring was found in scrubs sent for cleaning at a different hospital.
A doctor in Britain was reunited with her lost diamond ring after it traveled nearly 100 miles in the pocket of a pair of scrubs. Radhika Ramasamy, a consultant anesthetist at West Suffolk Hospital, forgot to put her ring back on after treating a patient and inadvertently sent her scrubs for cleaning. The scrubs with the ring ended up at the Royal Free Hospital in London, where Suraj Shah, an anesthetics registrar, discovered the ring five days later in his freshly-laundered scrubs.
