Ireland's national rugby team, headed by coach Andy Farrell, has named Caelan Doris as captain for the Six Nations game against Italy. Doris, who has been moved from number eight to openside flanker, will replace Peter O'Mahony, who is injured. Farrell praised Doris's leadership development as "astonishing" and has made six other personnel changes to the starting XV, including the return of James Ryan.
